This morning we took the girls to an annual spring favorite activity, the Chalk Festival in downtown Safety Harbor, Florida. I am always in awe of what these artists can create with chalk on a sidewalk. We also visited Starbucks, a salted caramel latte for me, a hot chocolate for Amelia, and a chocolate milk for little sis. The girls got to create their own chalk art, and play with hula hoops. Hooray for spring and Sunday mornings.

This afternoon we made strawberry lemonade popsicles in our Zoku, and the girls colored all over the back deck with chalk. Another beautiful day here in Florida. We are soaking up the sun today, as tomorrow promises to be rainy & cool.

Sorry my little blog has been so quiet this week. We’ve been busy enjoying this glorious spring weather. Amelia and I even went swimming!
This morning we took the girls to a small community near our home where they were having their annual Chalk Art Festival. We had a yummy breakfast at a little diner, then strolled down the main street to look at the colorful chalk art. I was AMAZED at some of the artist’s work.
Amelia got to do a little chalk art of her own.
And a little hula-hooping, too.
