Our Orlando Holiday Weekend of Fun

I booked a holiday getaway for my little family this past weekend in Orlando as an early Christmas present. We stayed at a lovely hotel Saturday night, spent the evening at Downtown Disney, had dinner at the Rainforest  Cafe, and went to Sea World yesterday. Everything was decorated for the holidays, and it was exactly what we needed. I feel relaxed and ready to take on the rest of this hectic month. 

Hello, Mr. Shark. Nice to meet you. We are home from our weekend trip to Orlando. We are all pooped. Lots of fun swimming in the hotel pool last night while watching Finding Nemo on a big screen. How cool is that? We had some great animal encounters yesterday at Sea World, the penguins are still my favorite. And today we went to Downtown Disney for a little shopping. We took Amelia to Sea World today, and Maggie spent the day with her grandparents. This photo is of Amelia and her daddy petting stingrays. We also fed fish to dolphins and sea lions, got to see penguins, walrus, and polar bears, and even snuck in a few rides. What a great day!
