I haven’t shared any of my thrifting finds with you for a while, so I thought you’d like to see some of the highlights from recent weeks.

one-a plastic doe I found last weekend at the flea market.

two-a Fire King bowl I found at my neighbor’s yard sale.

three- vintage Disney Bambi planter I found for a steal on Ebay. I decided to store my vintage brooches in it.

four-a sweet deer lamp I found at a garage sale near my work. I’ve put it in Maggie’s room.

five-a vintage cat cookie jar I found at the flea market.

Last time we made a trip to Home Depot, I bought a bag of wildflower seeds for Amelia to plant in her own section of the garden. She patiently waited several weeks, and what we originally thought were just weeds, bloomed into the prettiest flowers.

On a recent mini thrift ( I had just 10 minutes to look around), I found this pretty little birdie vase for just three dollars. Turns out, it’s the perfect size for the bouquets of wildflower Amelia picks for me.

I was able to make a quick stop at one of my favorite church thrift shops on the way to the grocery store today. I found another white divided dish, a pair of yellow enamel earrings, a tiny plate with a parisian city scene, and a small cake stand that will be PERFECT for Maggie’s first birthday “smash” cake.

Vintage *working* Polaroid camera.

Vintage paper Easter decorations from Germany, unopened.

Pretty vintage plate.

This was a GREAT find! It has the original recording of Day-O. (Think Beetlejuice Soundtrack)

A miniature porcelain tea set for Amelia.

A vintage train case. The interior is yellow!

A new-to-me pair of navy polka dot flats.

A glass boot mug to use on the candy table at my wedding reception.

A new-to-me polka dot blouse with bow. A strong contender for our Valentine’s Date.

This morning I was able to spend about an hour thrifting. What a luxury for me! Amelia was at preschool, and Maggie took her morning nap in her carrier while I hunted treasures. I found some AMAZING vintage clothing today, and plan to list them in my Etsy shop this weekend. I will post them here first, so if any of you are interested, you can have first dibs.
